All the products are Hand-crafted and are unique in design, they may have slight irregularities or imperfections, These irregularities are the result of the human involvement in the process. These handcrafted products are all one of a kind, just like you and me. No returns or exchange are allowed.
We do not accept return/exchange of products unless it is damaged during transit. If there was any damage or defect it has to be informed on the same day of receiving the order with a video of opening the parcel.
All shipments are packed after quality check, in case of damage, the customer has to courier back the shipment on their own expense or you can contact customer support for booking a return shipping.
Customised orders cannot be cancelled, the amount cannot be refunded or exchanged with another product.
